You set the Terms & Conditions for your car park, and take back control of your spaces. Total Car Parks can offer self-ticketing training Free of Charge to your staff so that they can issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles parked in breach of these T&C giving you full control of your spaces.
Once you have issued the PCN it will automatically upload to our Back Office system and our dedicated team will ensure the DVLA checks are processed and queries and Appeals are dealt with promptly.
We can also provide you with access to our Back Office systems, allowing you to manage your spaces more efficiently and create a virtual permit for vehicles authorised to park there, and our UK based customer service team will be on hand to provide you with advice and training when needed.
Our Car Parking Attendants are the driving force of our company, and comply with the British Parking Association’s Code of Practice. Our CPAs can communicate with the general public to ensure they are aware of the T&C’s of your car park, and issue Parking Charge Notices to vehicles not authorised to park on your property.
We offer free ad-hoc patrols to any car park on our books, and our roaming attendants will drop stop by, to ensure your car park is operating as it should be.
